What are tester and unboxed items?

Tester bottles are exactly the same as regular bottles, only without the fancy packaging. Tester fragrances come without the fancy retail packaging since they were meant for a department store counter. All of the testers you see on our website are direct from the manufacturer and have never been used. In addition, tester versions still come in the same bottle, and include the same amount and quality of fragrance as the retail versions. Testers aren't available for every brand, but they are a good way to help you save money!

Unboxed bottles are the same as the regular bottles, except that their boxes have been damaged and removed before they are sold. Because of this, we are able to buy these items at a discount and pass the savings on to you. Be sure to take advantage of any unboxed deals that become available.

What is the difference between parfum and eau de toilette?

Perfume Oil: Contains 15 – 30% fragrance oil usually mixed in oil.
Parfum: Contains 15 – 25% fragrance oil.
Eau de Parfum (EDP): Contains 8 – 15% fragrance oil.
Eau de Toilette (EDT): Contains 4 – 10% fragrance oil.
Eau de Cologne (EDC): Contains 2 – 5% fragrance oil.
Eau Fraiche, Mist, Splash: Contains 1 – 3% fragrance oil.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal or Google Checkout. Currently, U.S. customers have the option of ordering through either Paypal or Google Checkout. International orders must be placed through Paypal and are unable to be processed through Google Checkout at this time.

Do you charge sales tax?

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the states of Florida and New York only. All orders outside of these 2 states will not be charged sales tax.

How do I use coupons and discount codes?

Discounts are either applied automatically or with the use of a coupon code. Enter coupon codes when viewing "your cart" screen, before you checkout.

Will I be given a tracking number with my order?

If your order is shipped via UPS or FedEx, a tracking number will be sent to your email when your order is shipped.

What happens if my item is damaged during the shipping process?

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify UPS and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.
